Open Box are high-quality HighVoltagePEV products that we have certified are fully functional but that you can get at a discounted price.  Our HVPEV Open Box products are discounted due to minor cosmetic defects, we are closing out the product for a new-and-improved version, or it's an open box product that has been returned to us.
