Shipping policy

We're always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

We always strive to ship your order as soon as possible. We're a small business living in an Amazon world. Although one day we hope to process orders in 1-2 days, today we are closer to 3-5 days.  We generally ship our bikes within 3-5 business days.  If you ordered custom wheels with tires, our current lead time is 3-4 weeks (as described in our product descriptions). If you ordered 2 or more items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers arriving on different days.

We ship bikes to the USA only.  For Hawaii and Alaska delivery please contact us to arrange the order. Your bike will be shipped as LTL freight.

Package Protection

HighVoltagePEV is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To protect your order, we highly recommend purchasing Route Protection at checkout, which ensures a replacement item if your package is lost or stolen. 


International Shipping

We value our international customers and are committed to exploring options for efficient and cost-effective international shipments.  We do not offer international shipping for bikes through our website. Reach out via email at sales@highvoltagepev.com for international shipping options.

 

POTENTIAL FRAUD AND RISK POLICY

We take your security seriously. In certain cases, orders placed through our website may be flagged as "Potential Fraud" by our automated system. This system evaluates multiple factors to ensure the safety of our transactions. If an order is flagged, we will request the customer to provide a valid photo ID to verify the purchase. The ID must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be valid, not expired or undefined
  • The photo must be clear and easily identifiable
  • The address must match the billing address provided during the order
  • The ID must be recognized as an acceptable form of photo identification by the U.S. Government, including:
    1. U.S. Passport
    2. Driver’s License or state-issued ID card
    3. ID card issued by federal, state, or local government (with a photo, issue date, and expiration date)
    4. U.S. Military ID issued by the Department of Defense
    5. Military Dependent ID
    6. Native American Tribal ID
    7. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

HighVoltagePEV is unable to process flagged orders without a valid photo ID that meets these requirements. Any orders confirmed as fraudulent will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Cyber Crimes Department.
