Refund policy
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, unassembled, and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval from High Voltage PEV. If a customer sends a return without written consent from High Voltage PEV, a refund will not be issued, and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned or sacrifice the item.
Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement and if the item is in original and undamaged condition, in its undamaged and original packaging, and complete. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery, as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us. The returned product must include all parts that were initially in the box. Your return item must be sent within 10 business days of the RMA (return authorization approval).
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Graphics and other custom print to order items are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake). Pick Up/Delivery Fee is not refundable. Pre-Order items are not refundable. Wheels are not returnable.
RESTOCKING FEES
Restocking fees of up to 50% may be charged.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
BIKE CANCELLATION
Bike cancellations can be made prior to order fulfillment free of additional charges. However, once the order is fulfilled, the customers payment is captured and labor and merchant fees are incurred. A cancellation at this point will result in a Restocking Fee of $100. If the bike order is in transit during the cancellation the order is subject up to a $250 deduction for return fees and restocking.
ASSEMBLY
HVPEV is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect assembly. Please be sure to take care in assembling your bike as the spare parts are difficult to come by. Ensure ALL bolts and components are tightened and properly lubricated. YouTube is a great resource to learn the assembly process. If you have any additional questions regarding assembly, please reach out to support@highvoltagepev.com. Replacement stock on OEM parts and hardware is limited. Please contact your local hardware store or bike shop for compatible replacements.
CANCELLATION
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure your experience with us is as smooth as possible. If you decide to cancel your order within the first 2 hours of placing it, no charges will be applied, and you'll receive a full refund. For cancellations made after the initial 2-hour window AND prior to shipping, a refund will be processed, minus the shipping cost and 3.5% transaction fee. To initiate a cancellation, reach out to our customer support team with your name and order number at sales@highvoltagepev.com or 702-628-7112 within the specified time frame to initiate the cancellation process. Pre-Order items are not able to be cancelled.
WARRANTY OR SHIPPING CLAIM
If you've found damage during your inspection, all damage and defects MUST be noted on all copies of the BOL and Delivery Receipt. This is necessary for us to file a claim with the carrier and to assist you with a return, replacement or repair.
