Due to limited manufacturer supply, battery lids are no longer available for individual purchase. We offer a professional send-in replacement service where your existing internal board is transferred into a new battery lid housing and returned to you fully assembled.

⚠️ Important – Please Read Before Ordering

  • This is a send-in service only (no standalone lid sales)
  • You must send in your existing battery lid
  • The internal board and connector must be in good condition
  • If damage is found, the unit may not be repairable
  • You will be contacted if replacement options are required

Follow the removal instructions carefully to avoid damage.

🛠️ Battery Lid Removal Instructions

1. Power Down & Remove Battery

  • Turn the bike OFF completely
  • Remove the battery and place it on a clean, stable surface

2. Remove Screws

  • Use a T20 Torx bit/driver
  • Remove all 10 battery lid screws
  • Set screws aside in a safe place

3. Lift Lid Carefully

  • Gently lift the lid
  • Do not force. Check for missed screws if resistance is felt
  • Be careful not to drop any loose metal items, such as screws, into the battery once opened
  • Once opened, use packing tape to cover openings

4. Disconnect Connector

  • Take photos before disconnecting wires
  • Unplug connector carefully
  • Use Phillips screwdriver for wires

5. Remove Lid

  • Fully remove lid
  • Inspect for damage before shipping
