ALL DJ USA OFF-ROAD SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS. Bikes are sold in the box. If you are local to Las Vegas, NV and want the bike assembled, add the $99 Fee so the bike is built and ready to ride out of our showroom.

This bike is intended for off-road use only. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the ownership, operation, and modification of electric off-road vehicles. Any modifications to factory speed, power, or safety restrictions are performed at the owner's risk.

POTENTIAL FRAUD AND RISK POLICY

At HighVoltagePEV, we take your security seriously. In certain cases, orders placed through our website may be flagged as "Potential Fraud" by our automated system. This system evaluates multiple factors to ensure the safety of our transactions.

If an order is flagged, we will request the customer to provide a valid photo ID to verify the purchase. The ID must meet the following criteria:

• Must be valid and not expired.
• The ID of the buyer must match the credit card being used. No exceptions.
• The ID of the buyer must match the billing address provided during the order.
• The ID must be recognized as an acceptable form of photo identification by the U.S. Government, including:
  • U.S. Passport
  • Driver's License or state-issued ID card
  • ID card issued by federal, state, or local government (with a photo, issue date, and expiration date)
  • U.S. Military ID issued by the Department of Defense
  • Military Dependent ID
  • Native American Tribal ID
  • Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

HighVoltagePEV is unable to process flagged orders without a valid photo ID that meets these requirements. Any orders confirmed as fraudulent will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Cyber Crimes Department, as well as local authorities for wire fraud.

Please be aware that many electric bikes sold by HighVoltagePEV, its partners, and wholesalers are intended exclusively for off-road use at their factory speed and power settings. Bypassing or modifying the bike restrictions may violate applicable laws and regulations. As the owner, you assume responsibility and liability for the use and modification of the product.

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to thoroughly acquaint yourself with any potential restrictions that may apply to the usage of such a product in your specific location. You assume liability for the choices you make regarding its utilization and any potential ramifications that may arise as a result.
