Born of necessity. We designed the Heavy Hitter Big Sender MX fork conversion kit out of necessity. Ask us how many stock and aftermarket forks we blew through before we decided to fix the problem. On second thought, don’t ask – we stopped counting after a while. For the kind of riding we do, from hard stunting to hard enduro and everything in between, there’s just no way a mountain bike fork will hold up. One night we looked across the shop and saw a perfectly good KTM 85 sitting there, and one thing led to another, and the Big Sender kit was born soon after.

True KTM quality. We found the 85cc KTM platforms are sprung very accurately for the weight of the E-Bike, especially factoring in the added weight of an upgraded bike. If you’re at this point in your build, you have probably added about 20 pounds to your bike already from a bigger battery and additional accessories, and the Big Sender kit is the icing on the cake.

Fix all your problems. Not only does this kit let you tack on a far more robust set of forks, you can also dial in your settings in ways MTB forks cannot. You can now run your choice of KTM 85 MX forks and a wider variety of front wheels, and the short service intervals of the OEM front forks are eliminated. All you need is this kit and a complete KTM 85 MX front end (explained below).

Robust construction. The Big Sender kit consists of billet aluminum bearing cups, pre-pressed bearing races, and a durable black anodized finish on external components. We beat the absolute heck out of this setup before bringing it to market so you don’t have to worry while you’re going full send.
